We’re building a studio where junior means junior, where people are treated like humans, and where creative risk isn’t punished. We believe in transparency not just with players, but within our team. Everyone deserves clarity, context, and a say in how things are built.
We started this company because there’s a clear disconnect between the games being made and the experiences players actually want: games that feel fun, honest, and complete—without a huge price tag. Our goal is to rebuild that trust by involving players early, listening constantly, and always putting them first. - Defines the studio’s visual identity through emotionally resonant, character-driven design.
- Experienced in managing cross-disciplinary creative teams and aligning vision across workflows.

Nikolaos Kalarakis
Creative Director

- 15+ years leading narrative design and fan communities in the Warhammer ecosystem.
- Background in philosophy, systems thinking, and storytelling with a strong community-first approach.
- Brings adaptive design thinking and a proven ability to engage and grow passionate audiences.

Our leadership team brings decades of experience building teams, pipelines, and talent. We’ve mentored hundreds of developers now working at Unity, PlayStation, and Frontier, and have led cross-functional teams in education, design, and production for over a decade.
While we’re a new studio, we’re deliberately scoping our games as focused, achievable projects to prove our workflows, validate our vision, and build long-term credibility. This is a strategic first step, not a gamble and its designed to set a sustainable foundation for larger future titles.
